1. General Provision

  • 1.1. Xtreme Autocross Championship events are conducted by Xtreme Motorsports in accordance with the said Rules & Regulations 2026 and any subsequent bulletins.
  • 1.2. The Xtreme Autocross Event Organizers and Officials reserve the right to:
    • 1.2.1. Issue additional regulations.
    • 1.2.2. Amend present regulations.
  • 1.3. The Xtreme Autocross Bulletin will be the official medium for confirming changes to the Rules & Regulations 2026. These will be announced on the Xtreme Motorsports WhatsApp Group and Instagram Page.
  • 1.4. All Participants in Xtreme Autocross Events will be only those who have submitted Entry Forms and whose names are announced by Xtreme Motorsports on their WhatsApp Group as Accepted Participants.
  • 1.5. Event Date refers to the date of an Autocross Event announced and conducted by Xtreme Motorsports on their WhatsApp Group.

3. Entry Form

  • 3.1. To participate in an Xtreme Autocross Championship, a participant must complete an Official Entry Form (Appendix A) and WhatsApp the completed form to the number provided on the form. All forms must be submitted 5 days prior to the Event Date.
  • 3.2. The Event Date will be informed on Xtreme Motorsports WhatsApp group and Instagram Page prior to the Event Date.
  • 3.3. Xtreme Motorsports will announce the list of Accepted Participants 4 days prior to the Event Date on their WhatsApp Group and Instagram Page.
  • 3.4. All Accepted Participants must make Entry Fees payment as per the schedule of fees detailed in the Entry Form prior to the Event Date. Entry Fees for only Accepted Participants will be entertained. All fee payments made without acceptance will be returned.
  • 3.5. A copy of the payment transfer must be sent via WhatsApp to the number noted in the Entry Form for the entry to be accepted.
  • 3.6. Participants are reminded that by signing the entry form they undertake to abide by The Rules & Regulations 2026.
  • 3.7. It is the responsibility of the Participant to read the Rules & Regulations of Xtreme Autocross Championship.

4. Vehicle Classification

LADIESAll Street Class Vehicles will have their lap time. P1, P2 and P3 Vehicles will have added 5 seconds to their lap time. P4 and P5 Vehicles will have 3 seconds added to their lap time.
ROOKIEFirst time participant at Xtreme Autocross will be allowed any vehicle.

5. Tires

  • 5.1. Treadwear (TW, 180 and above) is permitted for Street Class.
  • 5.2. Tire warmers are not permitted.

6. Modifications

  • 6.1. Modifications accepted in Street Class:
    • a) All tools including Jack removal.
    • b) Floor mat removal
    • c) Cold air intake
    • d) Rear seat removal
    • e) After market exhaust
    • f) Headers
    • g) Intake
    • h) Aftermarket brake rotors and pads only
    • i) Half down springs up to 1.5 inches (complete dropdown is not permitted)
  • 6.2. Modifications which will not be accepted in Street Class:
    • a) Aftermarket turbo's
    • b) Superchargers
    • c) Engine swaps
    • d) Gear transmissions
    • e) Coil-over, piston.
    • f) Aftermarket pullies
    • g) Aftermarket body panels
    • h) Aftermarket complete braking system
  • 6.3. P4 vehicle after-market Turbo or Super Charger will move into P3 Class
  • 6.4. Prepared Class will be based on the following:
    • a) Designed and manufactured as a sports car.
    • b) Modifications exceed Stage 1 of preparation.
    • c) Vehicles which exceed Stage 1 preparation will be moved to Prepared Class.
    • d) Treadwear below 180 would be moved to Prepared Class.
  • 6.5. Any misstatement or concealment of details on car modifications resulting in improper classification will render the participation liable to penalties ranging from disqualification and penalties at the discretion of the Organizer.
  • 6.6. It is the responsibility of the Participant to ensure his/her car has been classified correctly.
  • 6.7. Post event eligibility scrutineering may be carried out at the discretion of the Organizer.
  • 6.8. Use of NOS (Nitrous Oxide Systems) is prohibited in all the Xtreme Motorsports events.

7. Course Regulations

  • 7.1. General
    • 7.1.1. Autocross racing will be held on a specially laid out course at the designated Race Site by the Race Director.
    • 7.1.2. All Accepted Participants must be present at the Driver's meeting that is scheduled and informed via Xtreme Motorsports WhatsApp Group. This is mandatory for all Accepted Participants and can lead to disqualification if not adhered to.
    • 7.1.3. All Accepted Participants must complete the Course Walk prior to the Event Start Time. This is also a mandatory requirement for all Accepted Participants and can lead to disqualification if not adhered to.
    • 7.1.4. There will be no refund of Entry Fees if a disqualification occurs as decided by the Race Director.
    • 7.1.5. Restricted areas, the paddock, and spectator areas will be identified in the Driver's meeting and/or marked on the Course Map.
    • 7.1.6. Participants must bring their vehicles to the designated PARC FERME for the Tech Inspection/Scrutineering according to the given schedule or as announced in the Supplemental Bulletins.
    • 7.1.7. A set of vehicle identification numbers will be fixed on each participating car at the time of Tech Inspection. These must be displayed on the two sides of all competing vehicles on the Event Day.
    • 7.1.8. Xtreme Motorsports may approve of any alternative method for marking competing vehicles.
    • 7.1.9. The sponsor's decals and the Xtreme Motorsports Official decals must be displayed on all cars.
    • 7.1.10. After the Tech Inspection, no car is allowed to leave the PARC FERME.
    • 7.1.11. No vehicle can compete without Technical Inspection/Scrutineering.
    • 7.1.12. Only participating driver(s) who are signaled for their runs may enter the track area. All competitors and spectators must remain outside the track area and away from the staging area.
    • 7.1.13. Participants entering the course area must fasten seat belts and have their helmets strapped on them before approaching the start line. Organizers highly recommend the use of racing shoes but as a minimum, shoes covering the entire foot must be worn by all Participants. No slippers or sandals allowed.
    • 7.1.14. The Race Director reserves the right to disqualify any driver and/or car from competition for violation of Xtreme Motorsports Autocross Rules & Regulations 2026 or any other official instructions.
    • 7.1.15. Any participant causing damage to Xtreme Motorsports or Omni Karting Center property or equipment will be liable for the cost of replacement or repair.
    • 7.1.16. Passengers are allowed during competition onboard competing vehicles during official runs as long as they follow the Rules & Regulations 2026 stipulated.
    • 7.1.17. Speed limit in the designated Paddock area is walking speed. Violations may be penalized by exclusion from the event.
  • 7.2. Timing & Scoring
    • 7.2.1. Correct times will be available at the end of each run and will be announced and may also be posted on the scoreboard, whenever available.
    • 7.2.2. Timing officials are not to be disturbed at all during the event.
    • 7.2.3. The cone penalty is two seconds each for autocross racing. The finish line is part of the course for scoring and DNF purposes. Cone penalty is incurred when a cone is down or out of its marked box.
    • 7.2.4. Pointer cone (laid down horizontally) does not count towards Cone penalties.
    • 7.2.5. If inclement weather strikes during runs, the Race Director may re-run the class depending on time considerations.
    • 7.2.6. Ties shall be broken by the next best times.
    • 7.2.7. All official results and awards announced by Xtreme Motorsports will be final.
  • 7.3. Conduct of Runs
    • 7.3.1. All runs are official. Vehicles will be staged and run in numerical order within each class.
    • 7.3.2. Drivers must stage properly on time otherwise a DNS (Did Not Start) would be awarded for that particular run.
    • 7.3.3. Any willful delay in the start of an official run will result in the run being awarded a DNS.
    • 7.3.4. Participants are expected to help with event organization by following all official instructions and maintaining a "safety-first" attitude.
    • 7.3.5. Re-runs are only allowed in case of Timer Failure or obstruction on the course. Which will be determined by the Race Director.
    • 7.3.6. Competitors who consistently go off-course or drive in an unsafe manner on the track or within the Event Complex will be subject to disqualification. Failure to obey any official instructions by the Organizers' officials during the event will result in disqualification from the event.
    • 7.3.7. All Participants must ensure that the paddock and the staging lane remain unobstructed and orderly throughout the event.

8. Points Scoring

  • 8.1. Points will be awarded to the highest placed overall driver for each round and the championship as follows:
    • a) First Position — 10 points
    • b) Second Position — 08 points
    • c) Third Position — 06 points
    • d) Participation — 01 point
    • *Each driver participating in the event will get 01 points in the category he/she has participated in.
  • 8.2. In the case of a tie in the points for the Championship Position at the end of the season, the Participant with the greatest number of First Positions will be considered the Champion. If there is a tie in the number of First Position holdings, then the number of Second Positions will be counted to consider the Champion.
  • 8.3. In case of a category change during the season, the 01 Participation point of the previous category events will be carried forward.

9. Safety Inspection Checklist

  • 9.1. Interior
    • 9.1.1. All loose items, inside and outside the car must be removed.
    • 9.1.2. Seat belts must be properly installed with attaching hardware secure and tight.
    • 9.1.3. All foot pedals must be clear of any obstructions or entanglements.
  • 9.2. Wheels & Tires
    • 9.2.1. Snap on hub caps or trim rings that might fly off with cornering loads must be removed.
    • 9.2.2. Wheels must be safely affixed. All studs and nuts must be present and functional.
  • 9.3. Brakes
    • 9.3.1. Brakes must have adequate pedals, sufficient fluid in the master cylinder and no apparent hydraulic leaks under pressure and must operate on all four wheels.
  • 9.4. Suspension
    • 9.4.1. Wheel bearings, shocks, steering and suspension shall be in good condition.
  • 9.5. Engine Compartment
    • 9.5.1. Throttle return action shall be safe and positive.
    • 9.5.2. Belts and hoses must be in good condition.
    • 9.5.3. No excessive fuel, oil, water, or brake fluid leaks should be observed.
    • 9.5.4. All batteries shall be securely attached to the frame or chassis structure.
  • 9.6. Body Work
    • 9.6.1. Detachable trim pieces, fender skirts, or other accessories that may fly off during a run must be removed.
    • 9.6.2. Any car that is judged by the Race Director to be in an unsafe operating condition at any time during the event shall be barred from further competition until the deficiency is corrected.
    • 9.6.3. Front windscreen tints are not permitted.

10. Entry Fee & Account Details

  • 10.1. The entry fee per participant is as per the Entry Form.
  • 10.2. Proof of payment should be sent to the number on the Entry Form via WhatsApp.
  • 10.3. Payment is to be made in online transfer prior to the Event Date and only once the Accepted Participants list is made available on Xtreme Motorsports WhatsApp Group or Instagram Page.
  • 10.4. The Registration fee will only be adjusted for those Participants who claim an adjustment 48 hours prior to the event by informing the Organizers through a confirmed WhatsApp message. All Registration Fee adjustments will be made against the Participants' next Event Fees i.e. there will be no transfer of physical funds.
